PRODUCT INFORMATION

On etlyklarborg.dk, the essential characteristics of the product are stated; for further information or questions regarding existing information, an email can be sent to etlyklarborg.dk via info@klarborg.com

PRICES

All prices are daily prices and only valid on the day of order. Prices change continuously - often from day to day. Buyers will be invoiced at the price valid on the day of order. All prices are shown including VAT.

GET NOTIFIED WHEN THE ITEM IS IN STOCK

If you register your email to be notified when the item is in stock, you will simply receive an email when the item is back in stock.
The item is in no way reserved for you, and it may therefore happen that the item is not in stock when you want to order. This function is not a reservation, just a service notification that the item is now back in stock.
You will only receive a notification and then you must go in and place the order. There may be 100 people registered, but if there are only 72 pcs. in stock, the first come, first served principle applies. You are therefore not guaranteed the item just because your email is registered.


PRE-ORDER

Please note that with pre-ordering, we process the order immediately after it is received. Therefore, you will receive a notification that the order is being processed as soon as we have received the pre-ordered goods. Naturally, we only charge the money when the item is shipped. The money will therefore be held as reserved until the order is shipped, but for a maximum of 3 months. 

If there are other items on the order, they will be shipped together only when the pre-ordered items are in stock. 


PAYMENT

It is possible to pay with Dankort, Visa/Dankort, eDankort, Visa, Visa-electron, Mastercard, Maestro, JCB, PayPal, MobilePay & ViaBill.

The account details you enter when purchasing goods are sent directly to PBS in encrypted form (SSL) so only you and PBS can read them. Thus, no one else sees or stores your information. When purchasing with Dankort or credit card, the amount is withdrawn from your account as soon as the item leaves etlyklarborg.dk.

We do not charge any transaction fees.

Reservation of amount:

If you pay with an international payment card (JCB, Mastercard, Maestro, and Visa/Electron), the amount is reserved immediately for up to 30 days, or until the order is shipped.
If an order paid with one of the mentioned cards is canceled, it can take up to 30 days before the reservation is released on your account. Typically, you must contact the card issuer to remove the reservation if it should happen before 30 days.

The money is reserved on your card or account until:
1) we withdraw the amount when we ship the item, or 2) until the money is released according to an agreement with your card issuer. 

If you pay via PayPal, you are not protected by the chargeback scheme. Read more about the conditions on PayPal's website. 
When paying with PayPal, the money can be reserved for up to 30 days, or until the money is withdrawn upon shipment of the order. 

365 EXCHANGE GUARANTEE

As a customer of Klarborg, you have a 365-day exchange guarantee from the day the item is purchased. You can exchange in our physical stores or via etlyklarborg.dk. 
If you exchange via etlyklarborg.dk, you are responsible for the shipping costs according to our right of withdrawal and return policy.
Exchange guarantee means that you can exchange an item for another, 365 days after purchase. Money is not refunded after 60 days.

At etlyklarborg.dk you can choose with or without delivery on your shipment. Etlyklarborg.dk uses PostNord Denmark and GLS Denmark. Prices and conditions depend on the shipping companies' price structure. Packages with delivery from 60kr. to 64kr. Packages without Delivery from 39kr. to 42kr. (Denmark).

Delivery time 1 – 3 business days. 
When delivering to Parcel Shop during busy periods, such as after Black Friday, situations may arise where the shipping company delivers to another parcel shop due to space issues. Since countless packages are ordered on this day and approaching Christmas. 

If a package is sent with delivery (Home Delivery) it is your own responsibility to be home on the day the package is delivered. If no one is reached at the address, the shipping company will inform the customer about the further procedure. If you have been home but the shipping company has not delivered the package, you must contact us.
For most shipping companies, it is required that you set up a power of attorney so that they are allowed to place the package at an agreed location without the customer's signature.

If an order is returned to us because it was not picked up at the chosen parcel shop in time, we will deduct the actual return costs imposed on us by the shipping company if the order is to be credited.


CONDITION OF THE ITEM UPON RECEIPT

You are requested to check the condition of the item upon receipt. During shipping, items can be damaged, so you should always check the item and inform us if the item is damaged.


RISK OF ACCIDENTAL LOSS OR DETERIORATION

Only at the time when the ordered goods have come into the buyer's possession does the risk that the ordered goods are lost or damaged due to accidental circumstances pass to the buyer.


WARRANTY

Etlyklarborg.dk does not provide an independent warranty for the ordered goods, and the buyer only obtains the warranties issued by the manufacturer to the Buyer.

RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL

As a consumer, you have 60 days right of withdrawal when you shop with us. 

The withdrawal period expires 60 days after the day you have received your item. If you have ordered several different items in the same purchase, but they are delivered separately, the period runs from the day you receive the last item.

The period means that you have 60 days from receipt to notify us that you want to withdraw your purchase. You can send an email to info@klarborg.com or use the standard withdrawal form, which you find at the bottom of the terms and conditions.

You cannot withdraw the purchase by refusing to accept the item without notifying us. You can easily and quickly buy a return label here and get the return form Klarborg Return Portal If you have other questions, you are welcome to send us an email at info@klarborg.com 

Withdrawal of part of the purchase:

If you have bought several items from us, you have the option to send one or more items back, even if they were purchased in one order. 
Note that you will not get the shipping costs back if you withdraw part of your purchase. 

Orders purchased with Gift Card or credit note:

You cannot get money paid out on orders purchased with Gift Cards or Credit Notes. If you regret the purchase, you will be issued a new gift card or credit note. 

Terms for returning products acquired with a free gift:

If you have received a free gift in connection with your purchase, and you regret the entire purchase, you must send the gift back. If you have used the item or wish to keep it, the value of the item will be deducted from the refund.

Terms for purchases of bundle packages and combined offers.

If you buy a bundle package, it is considered as one combined product and parts of the bundle package cannot be canceled and returned separately. Therefore, if you regret the purchase, all parts of the bundle package must be returned.

RETURNING - 60 days return policy

Once you have informed us that you want to cancel your purchase within 60 days, you have 14 days to send the item back to us.

You must pay for the return shipping yourself, and you are responsible if any damage occurs during transport.

When returning, please use GLS (possibly via our return portal below) - not alternative parcel distributors. This makes it possible to track the item if it gets lost during the return shipment. You should send the item properly packaged - along with a copy of the invoice and please clearly state that you wish to exercise the right of withdrawal and therefore want to be refunded the price of the item. The item should be packed securely and preferably in the original packaging. 

Online orders from before April 22, 2025 CANNOT be exchanged in our store, and please contact us at Info@klarborg.com if you wish to exercise the right of withdrawal or exchange an item from an order before April 22, 2025

Condition of the item when you send it back

If the item has lost value and it is because you have used it in a way other than what was necessary to determine the nature, properties and the way it functions, you can only get part of the purchase amount back. The amount you can get back depends on the commercial value of the item, and in some cases, this may mean that you only get the shipping costs back.

We recommend that you send the item back in the original packaging.

If the original packaging is missing, it may result in a depreciation of the item.

Refund of the purchase amount

If you regret your purchase, you will get your money back on the payment card. If the item is depreciated, we will deduct the amount you are liable for.

We refund all payments received from you, including delivery costs (however, this does not apply to additional delivery costs in cases where you have chosen a delivery method other than the cheapest form of standard delivery we offer), no later than 14 days from the day we have received your notice that you want to cancel the agreement.

We refund the money to the same payment method or payment card that you used for the purchase.

We can withhold the payment until we have received the item, unless you send us proof that you have returned it.

We only receive packages that are sent directly to the address.

You can also cancel the purchase by notifying us and delivering it personally to the above address.

These return policies apply to all goods sold as distance sales (to private individuals) - they do not apply to goods purchased in our store nor to goods sold to businesses.

Note that donations to the Christmas Seal Fund are exempt from the right of withdrawal.

RIGHT OF COMPLAINT

When you shop with us as a consumer, the rules of the Sale of Goods Act apply.
This means that you have a right of complaint for 24 months. Contact us before sending the item.

If your complaint is justified, it means that you can either have the item repaired, exchanged, get your money back, or a discount, depending on the specific situation.

You must complain within a "reasonable time" after you have discovered the defect. If you complain within two months after the defect is discovered, the complaint will always be timely.

If the complaint is justified, we will refund your (reasonable) shipping costs. The item must always be sent back in proper packaging. Also remember to get a receipt for the shipment so we can refund your shipping costs.

PRIVACY POLICY 

We need the following information when you shop with us:

Name, address, phone number, and email address.

We record and share the personal data necessary to deliver the item to you. 

The personal data is registered with Klarborg ApS and stored for five years, after which the data is deleted. 

We also cooperate with a number of other companies that store and process data. These companies only process information on our behalf and may not use it for their own purposes. 

We only cooperate with data processors in the EU or in countries that can provide sufficient protection for your data. 

The data controller at etlyklarborg.dk is Klarborg ApS. 

You have the right to know what information we process about you.
If you believe the information is inaccurate, you have the right to have it corrected. In some cases, we are obliged to delete your personal data if you request it. This may be, for example, if your data is no longer necessary for the purpose for which we used it. COMPLAINT PROCEDURE

If you as a consumer want to complain about your purchase, you must contact us via info@klarborg.com. If we are unable to find a solution, you can send a complaint to:

To be able to complain, the item or service you want to complain about must have cost at least 1,110 DKK and at most 100,000 DKK. For complaints about clothing and shoes, the price must have been at least 720 DKK. There is a fee to have the complaint processed.
